    Hadier Eskandar MS. Ed., BCBA, LBA

    Hadier has a masters degree of science in School Psychology. She has worked as a school Psychologist for 12 years and as a BCBA for 8 years. Hadier loves working with parents and therapists/teachers and is always looking for more to learn.  Hadier's interests include drama therapy, play therapy, and also anger management. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, beading and swimming as well as spending time with her daughter and traveling.

    Jessica Martin, M.A., BCBA, LBA

    Jessica Martin, M.A., BCBA, LBA, is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience, 9+ years; in delivering high-quality ethical ABA services across various settings, clinical supervision, program development, and staff training in ABA but she is also a certified Safe Crisis Management (SCM) instructor. She has led multidisciplinary teams in delivering ethical, evidence-based ABA services while prioritizing client dignity, compassionate care, family engagement, and clinician support. Jessica is especially focused on building sustainable systems, mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, supporting clients, families and ensuring high clinical standards across services to promote skill development and long-term success.
